The PNGAS Board of Directors will meet at 0800 on 31 July 04 at Biddle Hall (PNGAS), Fort Indiantown Gap.  Chairman's Report: This has been a very exciting quarter for our association! Here are a few of the great things happening: * Our Executive Director has been great (see his report, and don’t miss his presentation on the 31st!) * Guard Day at the Capitol was a tremendous success! * We’re growing (see Membership Report)! General Wright has been a tremendous supporter of our associations! We’ll talk about her super help at the meeting. This is the first time we’ve asked all committee heads to provide a written report so Directors can review them before the meeting. A few committee chairman sent us reports; they’re attached. We’re trying to increase the value of our short time together when we meet quarterly. Please help us help you by emailing your report to the Executive Director at least two weeks before the scheduled meeting so we can get them to you, giving you at least a week to review the reports. Major Cassarella is in the midst of taking over the Treasurer’s reigns from Lt. Col. Yancey. We welcome him, and thank Colonel Yancey for the yeoman’s job she did for us! After many years of exceptional service, General George Spuhler has retired from the Board of Directors and heading up the Insurance Committee. Brigadier General Jerry Beck kindly volunteered to lead this committee. Thank you, General Beck, and welcome back to the Board! Attached is a report from the Information Technology Committee about on-line registration for meetings, paying dues, etc. They’ve put in many hours evaluating systems and options. We’re looking forward to having a top-notch, easy-to-use website, moving well into the 21st Century!
