Legislation Report:   Enlisted Association Report We had an extremely successful Enlisted Legislative Workshop from 19-21 July 2004 in Washington, DC. SGM Ackerman was in attendance and was a tremendous help to Carl Bailey and me. We met with 15 of our legislators and covered the four top priority issues relating to our Enlisted soldiers and airmen. We delivered a packet of information, stressed Tricare, (adopt the Senate version), talked about the complications that would be caused by dual status Title 10 and Title 32(disparity of benefits, especially BAH and retirement points, and complications of UCMJ chain of command, etc.), and touched on SBP and age 55.
