Patrick Henry Award. Chris Bradish, legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, was awarded the prestigious Patrick Henry Award by the National Guard Association of the United States at a ceremony in Washington on 5 March 08. Joined by NGAUS President, Brigadier General Steve Koper, Major General Jessica Wright presented the award to Mr. Bradish and Senator Specter. General Wright praised the outstanding work of Mr. Bradish on a large variety of issues of importance to the Guard, and thanked Senator Specter for his superb leadership and support for the Guard. The PNGAS '08 Combined
Conference/ Senior Leadership Workshop
was held on 24 - 27 April 2008 at Lancaster Host Resort.
This was the second workshop and it built on a record of success with dynamic
and interesting briefings and fun for all. The 2 BCT has embarked on an effort to erect a memorial at Boalsburg to honor the 82 soldiers, sailors and marines who were killed in combat during the 2 BCT's deployment to Iraq. More. . .
