$1000 of coverage is provided, under this program, to all active members of the Pennsylvania National Guard. In addition, $10,000 of term life insurance may be applied for during your initial enrollment period without furnishing evidence of insurability. Coverages in excess of $10,000, as well as coverage applied for after your initial enrollment period, are subject to proof of good health. . Beneficiary: Your primary beneficiary will be eligible for an immediate death benefit of up to $25,000 within 24 hours of notification. This benefit is designed to help with the immediate expenses surrounding the death of a member.
