Bill Lynch Elected NGAUS Vice Chair- Air Major General William B. Lynch was elected to the position of Vice Chair-Air of the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) at the 126th Annual Conference in Las Vegas.  General Lynch retired as Pennsylvania's 49th Adjutant General at the beginning of 2004.  His distinguished military career included service as Adjutant General under three Governors and administrations of both political parties, as well as service as Commander of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard and Commander of the 171st Air Refueling Wing.
