The Pennsylvania National Guard Foundation, Inc. (PNGF) was established in 1989 as a charitable foundation to support the Pennsylvania Army and Air National Guard.

The PNGF is currently involved in supporting "Operation Family Ties" and the 2nd Brigade Memorial at Boalsburg.

The Foundation was established to undertake a variety of charitable public purposes, for which it raises tax-deductible donations and gifts. The PNGF is recognized as a charitable foundation under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Its missions include:
« To sponsor or participate in activities of a patriotic nature, such as “Operation Salute” to encourage active involvement in the Pennsylvania National Guard.
« To foster and encourage an enlightened public appreciation of the contributions of the Pennsylvania National Guard.

The PNGF was a key partner in the construction of the Keystone Conference Center at Fort Indiantown Gap.  The Center was dedicated as a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania facility on 14 May 2010.  PNGAS and the PNGF sponsored the reception that followed the dedication ceremony.
